Sodat Hy jou kan leer

 

Buig voor Hom neer

Voel Sy aanraking, teer

Spreek tot Hom soos ‘n kind

Dan sal jou woorde Hom vind

 

Gaan na Hom in die gees

Dan sal Hy daar vir jou wees

Aan Sy voete moet jy lê

Hy weet klaar wat jy wil hê

 

Vra Hom nogtans nog

Dan sal Hy jou help op jou tog

Dat jy Sy aanraking sal voel

As die bose om jou woel

 

Dat jy Sy stem sal hoor

Saam met ‘n engele koor

Dat Hy jou sal vergewe

Vir die foute in jou lewe.
