Op soek na sy rooi voedsel in my vore
In stilswyende afwagting weet ek wat kom
Gevoelloos, genadeloos, doelbewus bekom
‘n Berg lê as getuie op my huid
‘n Bewys van sy sukses met sy buit
herrinder deur ‘n jeuk in spiritus geweek
gelukkig gevoed vir ‘n hele week
