Sal jy jou eie wasgoed was

Kry iemand om jou wasgoed te doen

Vir wie jy so tussen-in kan soen

 

As jou vrou jou verlaat

Maak nie op ‘n ander staat

Want vry wees wou jy mos

Van al jou sorge verlos.
